Addiction, Anxiety, and High-Functioning Stress

What started as stress relief, entertainment, or a way to disconnect has slowly become a pattern carrying real consequences, affecting your decisions, relationships, and overall well-being.

You’ve Likely Tried to Handle This Alone

You may already know something needs to change.

You may have tried to get ahead of it before, treatment, support groups, or trying to manage it privately.

Still, something has not fully fit.

This work is not built around judgment, labels, or forcing you into a version of recovery that does not feel sustainable.

The goal is to create meaningful behavior change that aligns with your values and helps build a life that actually feels manageable, stable, and worth living.

Building Change That Lasts

Together, we identify patterns that may have once served a purpose but now come with a cost.

The focus is not simply stopping behaviors.

It is understanding what drives them, what keeps them in place, and what needs to change underneath them.

Background and Experience

Before clinical work, I spent more than 15 years as a master yoga instructor and studio manager, leading teacher trainings and international retreats.

That experience shaped a strong foundation in mindfulness and continues to influence my approach today, balancing practical therapeutic work with deeper awareness and behavioral understanding.

My clinical experience also includes work across addiction treatment settings, including:
